Vanessa Rosenblum ACC
Vanessa believes in designing the life you want to lead, and she is passionate about helping clients do the same. Her coaching focuses on helping executives level up their leadership skills, develop talent through their organization, manage rapid growth, and cultivate a thriving life, as well as a thriving business.
Vanessa is the founder of Pro REA Staffing, a nation-wide real estate recruiting firm. She has consulted, coached and trained hundreds of agents on how to grow thriving teams.
She holds a B.S. in Corporate Finance from USC and is currently pursuing a Master's in Leadership and Organizational Development. She holds her ACC Executive Coaching credential through the International Coaching Federation.

Ryan McCarty
Ryan’s approach to coaching is to help his agents find their authentic voice and space in this lifestyle business. He consistently applies the ninja sales model in his coaching, which teaches agents how to build a business around what they do well.
Ryan began his real estate career in 2003 and quickly built a successful team that closed 210 transactions in their best year.
He started coaching and recruiting for Keller Williams Realty in 2012 and parlayed these skills into a successful career as a Strategic Growth Advisor for luxury boutique real estate companies.
Ryan holds his CA Brokers License #01422060.
